Hi sisterclasses friends around the world!!!
This is Berta, an English teacher from Caracas, Venezuela.
While we are just starting classes, most of you are almost at the end of your school year.
Well, this term we will be mainly focusing on writing but we wanted to participate in this project and get in contact with other English learners in cyberspace. We have been watching your wonderful presentations and learning a lot about you, your countries and cities.
Here is our contribution to the group. It is still in the making, though, and we hope we can complete it soon.
We´ll be thrilled if you watch our slideshow, ask us lots of questions and leave us your comments. In case you want to know more about us, visit us at our wiki page.

Hi Berta and Students!
I’m a teacher of English from Rosario, Argentina.
I’m sure that when my students see your wonderful presentation, they will feel inspired to try and do something similar to show you our city and country.
Congratulations on a great job and a fantastic country. You certainly made me wish I could visit it some day.
Thanks Dot and Rosario for your comments. We still have four students who will be completing the presentation soon, I hope, ha, ha.
I wish I could visit Kuwait and Rosario, Argentina some day. Did you get to see Jane when she visited your city in March? I guess you must know Rita, for sure.

Hi Julia, Tia and Nancy from Sacramento, California.
Thank you for watching our presentation about Venezuela and writing comments to us.
I can see, Tia, why Angel Falls reminds you of Yosemite. There is a famous fall in El Captain mountain, isn´t it? Sometimes it has lots of water, other times it doesn´t and cannot be seen well. I am glad you found pictures from our country that you liked.
Greetings from Venezuela, Berta
hello, my name is George from romania and i think you have done a great job.
All the best for you.
Yes, Berta, I did meet Jane when she came to Rosario. We went out one evening and had a great time eating by the Paraná river and then watching a U2 tribute band playing live.
As for Rita, I see a lot of her. She’s the coordinator of a CALL SIG here and we meet every month. In fact, I must say she’s the person who introduced me to this fantastic world.
You know? You didn’t make a mistake when you called me Rosario. That’s my middle name, same as the city. I’m Maria Rosario but everybody calls me Mary.
All the best from Maria Rosario from Rosario
Hi María Rosario,
